PRACTICAL INFO

At Warehouse Hotel you’re not just a guest. You live here for a few days. To make sure all goes well, here’s what you need to know. General information first, specific information for the Warehouse locations or the houseboats follows beneath.

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT
The hostess will be there to say hi (check in) and goodbye (check out). Please inform her about your estimated time of arrival. She’ll be there to hand over the keys and walk you through basic instructions. Check out is like check in: you let us know when you’re leaving and we will be there.

During your stay, you have the place completely to yourself. Please treat the Warehouse or Houseboat and its neighbours with respect, and leave it as you found it. So please do the dishes and put them back in the cupboards, and use garbage bags for your trash. Thank you!!

Cleaning
Thorough cleaning and making the beds will be done after check out. The standard cleaning fee is € 40,- for the houseboats, € 50,- for the Industrial Warehouse Apartment and € 75,- for the Big Warehouse.

BEDS & TOWELS

All bed clothing and blankets are included. The beds will be made. Only bring your own towels for the shower. Or use our TOWEL RENTAL SERVICE.
We don’t include towels anymore for environmental reasons: people use their own towels more than once (it saves the planet a lot of washing).

TOWEL RENTAL SERVICE

You can order our TOWEL RENTAL SERVICE for €2,- per towel. It’s important you reserve them in advance. This way we can put them ready for you at your arrival. Please be green and re-use the rented towels as well, if possible.

LAUNDRY

In the Warehouses there’s a washing machine and dryer. The houseboats provide washing in the harbour. You need to buy a coin with the harbourmaster.

As a reminder:

If you use our TOWEL RENTAL SERVICE or our BIKE RENTAL SERVICE  please order it in advance so we can make sure enough towels/ bikes are ready for you when you arrive.

SECURITY & SAFETY
Every Warehouse Hotel location is equipped with plenty of fire extinguishers and fire blankets. In the Big Warehouse we applied camera security, an official fire alarm system and smoke detectors.
There’s a first aid kit as well in all locations. But just be safe!

HARBOUR: ENTRANCE & SILENCE

When staying in our houseboat, you’ll be comfortable in the guarded harbour. Car parking is secured and safe behind the electronical gates (included). You get the code for the electronical gates, the night entrance and the guarded parking after booking.

Please realize this is also the code for returning home at night. All gates will be closed, so store this code somewhere smart!
Silent harbour

You can use the back deck as a nice terrace to sit on in the evening or morning sun. Please consider your neighbours on other ships in the area when enjoying the sun outside. The harbourmaster is very strict about noise, especially after 10 PM. The party is in the city, not at your boat! And the water carries the sound of music and laughter very far. In case of complaints of noise disturbance, we are entitled to end your stay at once, unfortunately.
